How quickly can you start?
Survey usually within the week. Written quote within 24 hours of the survey. Start date typically within 2–4 weeks unless it’s an emergency tarp/secure call, which is same-day.
Do I pay anything upfront before the work starts?
25% deposit on day one of the job. The balance is on completion — only after you’ve inspected the finished work and you’re happy. We don’t take deposit-only payments.
Is the price you quote the price I pay?
Yes. The written quote is fixed-price after the survey. The only thing that changes the price is if you change the scope or we find a problem during the work that you sign off in writing first.
Are you insured?
£5,000,000 Public Liability and £5,000,000 Employer’s Liability. We’ll send you the certificates before you commit if you want them.
Do you offer a guarantee?
10-year written guarantee on our labour for every job. Plus whatever the manufacturer offers on the material — typically 20 years on EPDM, 25 years on GRP, 30+ years on tile, up to 75 years on Welsh slate.
